Hi, I'm Tracey and I am passionate about helping people look and feel their best!
I am an experienced LighterLife Mentor, Personal Trainer and Biomechanics Coach. Over the years, I have worked with many clients that have wanted to lose weight and found that the ‘eat less, move more’ mantra just does not work for many people!
Because, more often than not, our mind and our emotions takeover!
After many years of running, I developed pain in my lower back and hip to the point that I couldn't even walk without pain!! I saw, what felt like, every specialist doctor and consultant under the sun and no-one was able to help me!
I was already a qualified Personal Trainer so I took it upon myself to further study biomechanics - biomechanics is the science of body movement, including how muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments work together.
I qualified as a Biomechanics Coach, which enabled me to understand my own body better and also gave me the skills to assess and help my Client's.
I then became perimenopausal(!) and gained 2 ½ stone, almost overnight! The weight wasn’t coming off and I started to see things more clearly from my clients' perspective.
I started doing some extensive research, trialing out different diets and methods to lose weight and during this journey I found LigherLife!
I admit I was skeptical at first as it is a very low-calorie diet (VLCD), which went against the advice I would previously have given to my clients. However, I explored LighterLife further and found that there is much more to the plan than initially meets the eye!
