Michelle was put through her paces today in her Fitness Assessment - she did brilliantly! Smashing some of the tests with an 'Excellent' result and other assessments identified areas for focus and improvement.
'TB Health and Fitness' fitness test starts with taking blood pressure, weight, body fat % and taking measurements. We have a series of tests to evaluate Cardiovascular Fitness, Upper/Lower Body and Core Strength and finally a sit and reach Flexibility test.
Fitness tests are designed to monitor progress and to assist in the development of your fitness program.
