Michelle donned boxing gloves in her session today whilst Tracey (bravely - particularly after last weeks leg session!), wore focus mitts. The focus mitts are held at different ranges, positions and levels keeping training fun and working arm, shoulder and core muscles in different ways.
In between the 30 second punching drills, Michelle performed a 30 sec heart raiser, which included 'virtual skipping' (bit unfair to try and get her to use an actual skipping rope whilst wearing boxing gloves!) and 'Spot the Dog'! Michelle got up quite a sweat whilst getting her own back on Tracey for last weeks sore legs!!!
Boxing training is extremely rewarding - hitting your Personal Trainer over and over again just feels really good - some days even more so than others!!!
